School Night for Scouting

School Night for Scouting is Coming Thursday, September 18 - The North Star District invites all Cubmasters, Tiger Organizers and Committee Chairs to a School Night planning meeting which will be held Thursday, August 21 at the Council Service Center starting at  8 PM. We will discuss subjects like publicity, school visits and how to run a recruiting meeting. Materials that will help each Pack with their recruiting efforts will also be distributed (posters, fliers, parent booklets, sample Boy’s Life magazines, etc.). For more information contact Membership Chairman, Ken Stafford, 724-0622.  Again this year… FREE Match Box Cars for all new Cub Scouts that sign up before October 31, and FREE Pinewood Derby Kits for the entire pack that exceeds last year’s December 31 membership by 5 boys, by October 31, 2008!!!!
